Optional or replacement sensors for motogadget instruments Inductive Approximation Sensor (M8) The inductive approximation sensor for speed measurement is or was scope of delivery of some instruments. Until end of 2006 it was scope of delivery of the motoscope light. You can also use it as a replacement for the dry reed contact contact if all requirements for installation are satisfied. This sensor is made of stainless steel and is relatively small in size (M8x22 mm). It complies with the highest industrial standards (IP68) and stands hardest use. It's equipped with a LED to check trigger status. The 3-wire cable is 1,50 m long. Price 37,00 € incl. VAT (31,10 € excl. VAT) Speedo sensor dry reed contact (M5) The dry reed contact for speed measurement is scope of delivery of the motoscope mini. Since end of 2006 it is scope of delivery of the motoscope light too. This sensor is made of stainless steel and is very small in size (M5/25 mm). It complies with the highest industrial standards (IP68) and stands hardest use. The black 2-wire cable is 1,50 m long. Price for sensor with 2 magnets: 21,00 € incl. VAT (17,65 € excl. VAT) Ignition signal Pickup unit for engine speed In case of a bike with CDI (Capacitor discharge ignition) oder other ignitions with difficult signals to sens this is an appropriate option to operate the rev-counter at our instruments. In case of regular transistorized ignition with negativ signal (98% of regular street bikes have transistorized ignitions) this sensor is NOT necessary. The sensor is installed directly at the high-tension ignition cable with cable ties. Price 35,00 € incl. VAT (29,41 € excl. VAT) Sensors for Temperature and Pressure (only for classic series) Since every motorcycle is equipped differently in regard to oil-temperature and oil-pressure sensors, these sensors haven't be part of the standard delivery of the . motoscope classic or Chronoclassic. We offer therefore different sensors as an option. The used sensors have to be compatible to our instruments and we strongly recommend to use this sensors from motogadget. We cannot ensure the compatibility of any other sensor.
